Christian Apologetics to Islam | Spring Course

With Dr. Joshua Lingel

President of i2 Ministries

April 25-30, 2016  POSTPONED - New Dates TBA
9am–noon, 1–4pm

Room 302, Founders Hall  [Campus Map]

There are almost 1.6 billion Muslims in the world and over 1 million in Canada who are lost without the truth of the saving grace of Christ. This course is birthed out of a passion to see the church equipped for Spirit-filled, Spirit-led, compassionate, powerful and God-glorifying evangelism to Muslims across the nations.

Anyone who has engaged in ministry among Muslims knows they are often quick to challenge core Christian beliefs. A clear communication of God's truth is therefore essential to our loving witness. Apologetics ('to give an answer') serve as the medium for answering the honest questions of the non-Christian truth-seeker. We will dig deep into the origins, beliefs and practices of Islam while also examining our own Christian beliefs.

Register online for personal interest ($225) or for college credit ($855) by clicking the button below. IS 243 Christian Apologetics to Islam is offered as credit substitute for one major course in the Islamic Studies program OR as a general elective for other students. Current Prairie students and those who have questions should contact the Registrar's Office at or 1-800-661-2425 (ext. 3044). Learners age 55+ can register for personal interest free of charge.
